Drive By Wire.

One friend in Brazil (fabigode) develop one double drive by wire for one aircooled 2.0 megasquirted:

I was going to use the stock DBW setup on my 1.8t, but in the end I went standalone ECU and cable. With the availability of reconfigureable software available for flashing stock ECUs now, I think I'd go stock if I had to do it again.

Still, there's nothing like knowing your foot is connected directly to the go-fast button!

That's pretty trick. I don't think I've seen that outside of some of the super exotics. Does the Megasquirt system have to ability to measure intake air velocity and adjust the throttle bodies accordingly or does the DBW just replace the mechanical link?

My setup is the same as yours! I like the go-fast cable, but i love this setup with more clean aircooled engine double throttle bodies!
(without turbo in this case...)

Yes! The idea is to be controlled (adjust) by MegaSquirt! But if necessary it can work stand alone.
