Rear lowering: how much is enough

Hi,

I`m wondering how much I should lower my car to achieve a camber of about 1 degree negative. 1 outer spline too much?

Table of lowering vs spring plate angle

to be honest, every car is slightly different , my irs setup was 1 spline 25mm and 2.5degrees on one side and 3 degrees on the other but turning the a arm on the spring plate got it back to 1.5 degrees both sides , there is a thread on here about doing this
hope this helps

This is a swingaxle setup so that would differ from an IRS setup.

Am aware that no one can give me an exact number, but a rough guideiance woiuld be appreciated.
