So, if we all went in and got one, sent it to Carbon Joe for duplication in CF...
then how much would they cost?

Just a thought.

well $500 is a little high, but you got to remember that they are making these in limited runs, so production cost is going to be high & dont forget this is a complete from fascia (Bumper & Spoiler).

Another thing to keep in mind is that Carbon Joe has been extremely busy with work & has been less & less available on the forums, so I doubt you are going to get him to produce anything new anytime soon. IMHO

Carbon Joe is out of production for at least a few months. plus you are talking some pretty heavy tooling on that i imagine. but yes, he would still be cheaper. i could even swallow that price if it wasn't for the shipping. and what happens if it gets damaged in shipping? that would be fun.

was just over at CCC's website and their front air damn is $434. so maybe JSports' pricing isn't all that unreasonable. not that i am going to pay that. the shipping will still eat you alive. then you have to question if overseas shipment of a fiberglass piece such as that is going to make it safely.

I agree the price (in Japan) is not bad. The question I have is do we have a market to make them here and not double the cost with shipping?

What do you guys think?

Thanks,

Randy

He's the Martian from "Mars Attacks". My first attempt at an avatar. Only took me about thirty attempts. Slow learner I guess. Obviously I don't have his big brain...

Thanks,
