CSP Shop TRansmissions

Hello there,I need some help concerning the new trasmissions that are CSP shop.
I have a Type 4 engine with 96 pistons, that equals to 2056cc, with
a pair of dellorto 40 tuned for that engine, with a porsche blower, etc, etc...
So, now I need to improve the gearbox for that engine.
I know that the AT vw transmission box is a long one, but since my bug chassis is from 1969, to put that trans i need to change the rear suspension to IRS.
So, not to change the rear suspension, I was thinkling on buying one of these
transmissions to fit in a swing axle rear bug.

OPTION 1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

_ Transmission with standard Ratio and 0,82 forth gear

This manual transmission has a different fourth gear. If you have enough engine power, can reach a higher top Speed. All other gears remains unchanged.
We suggest this transmission for cars with slightly tuned engine with high torque.
It has a 4.12 ring and pinion ratio with the following shifts:

1st Gear: 3,78
2nd Gear: 2,06
3rd Gear: 1,26
4th Gear: 0,82

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

OPTION 2_
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Transmission with long Ratio
This manual transmission has a longer fourth gear than any stock transmission ever built by Volkswagen. Due to the 3.88 ring & pinion and the 0.82 4th gear you get a top Speed of 165km/h at 5000rpm with 195/60/15 tires. The other gears remain unchanged.
Just for reference: With a stock transmission the Speed would be 145km/h !

1st Gear: 3,78
2nd Gear: 2,06
3rd Gear: 1,26
4th Gear: 0,89

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

OPTION 3_
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Transmission with long Ratio and 0,82 forth gear

This manual transmission with a 3.88 ring & pinion and 0.82 4th gear is made for everyone who like driving with high Speed for longer period. With a tire size of 195/60/15 you will get a top Speed of 177km/h at 5000rpm's !
Only for large displacement engines!!.

1st Gear: 3,78
2nd Gear: 2,06
3rd Gear: 1,26
4th Gear: 0,82

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, what do you guys say?
Thanks for your help.

3.88 with 0.82 4th is a good combo with the 2056 type 4. That is the gearbox combo I will be running with my 2.4 type 4.

That's what Dave (NO_H2O) put in mine. Perfect.
