How to choose the correct Master Cylinder?

I don't know how to choose the correct Master Cylinder for my brakes.

In the front I have a 14" disc with 6 piston caliper (1.75, 1.38, 1.38 bore size, per side)

For the rear I have 14" disc with 4 piston caliper (1.38, 1.38 bore size per side)

But I'm not sure if a 7/8" master cylinder for front and 1" for the rear are the correct choise.???

Some one help me please.

And for a hidraulic clutch wich one?

Here some pics of the front brakes:
