Canadian show is ON!

The show is going ahead, it will be August 21st my place, the official announcement will be in about a week. Insurance is now in place and the porta-potties are reserved.

WE NEED A NAME any suggestions, must be sort of generic VW/Porsche. Can’t have VW/Porsche in the title.
It will be an all years VW and Porsche show, that way we might get some dealer involvement. All vendors will be invited.

We will be looking for volunteers.

how about: "The VW/Porsche Show that we can't mention VW or Porsche in the title since this free advertising could get us sued...Show" I'm having similar issues in trying to make t-shirts and stuff. really starting to piss me off. they make doing the right thing very difficult.

Yep...It's a go.

We have started the first cutting of 10 acres of field for the show. Filling holes, porta-potties ordered, insurance in place, starting to figure out what goes where...

Tomorrow I'm heading to the PCA show to hand out flyers and try and get a good showing of Porsche's.
Next weekend the June jitterbug.

This will be an ALL vendor’s show, I of course will have the best spot , but everyone will be invited.

All profits from the show will go to making a better show...as it is I am going at least $1500 out of pocket on things like gravel, potties, ins., etc.

I hope so...BUT please keep in mind this is our first show and there is bound to be some growing pains.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!

Just 1 or 2 hours of your time will help make this show a success!
