looking for a turbo

hey guys, just joined today. ihave a 74 super with a 1776 in the back of it but am looking to be more powerful. i'm sick of all the hondas etc.. with their coffe can exhaust and airline grade wings. i need a turbo kit that would be both economical (price, gas mileage etc)and powerful.thanks

Check out the "mega squirt" thread for some fuel injection ideas. Turbocharging a FI engine is easier than turbochargeng a carbureted engine.

I was thinking os using a subaru WRX turbo since the exhaust gasses enter from the correct angle to easily fit the turbo to the engine.

i want to keep it carbeurated....is $2000 about what they all cosT?
