for a 1303 what are the options for rear discs?
taking a 1303, and the fact that i want to end up with a porsche stud pattern, what are the options for a complete rear brake setup, including handbrake.
many people say fit prosche brakes, but that isnt enough info, i need details and model numbers, and a complete parts list of what i need. going into a scrap yard looking for a porsche brake setup is a real can of worms does anyone do a kit using porsche sutff that i can bolt straight on with no dicking about. |

one way to do the junk yard thing is to give a call to douglas valley. they are professional dismantlers and have many parts in stock. the thing is that the parts they sell mostly as complete assemblies. Its been almost 2 years since i talked with them, so i cant say anything further for sure. i think that u could arrange delivery as well.
Apart from the part of sourcing the parts, u need to decide on many parameters, like intended vehicle use what kind of susp will u have? (ex turbo arms give u 71mm each side) how much offset and backspacing will ur wheels have? use oversized fenders yes/no? some choices require some other modifications as well (turbo arms will require longer axles) and the list goes on. There are many guys here with adequate knowledge and others from the trade. hope i helped a bit Chris
