Ronal front spoiler *UP FOR SALE*

UPDATE !!!

I'm gonna sell it. Tired of things not working out, suppliers not coming through with promises.

So,,,,,, I have a Ronal front spoiler for sale. There is no mounting hardware, as there was none when I got it. $300 plus shipping.

Just wanted to see if there's any interest ????

UPDATE !!! Yep. I have a few molds in the works. I've had this spoiler for almost 2 years and I've never mounted it. I originally bought it for my wife's 72 super, but now were selling the car. I've had about 10-15 folks PM me on various other ACVW forums that expressed interest. And no, this one is not for sale.

No ETA yet, though, or price.

I'll post on all ACVW forums that I'm a member of when I'm ready to reproduce and sell them.

i should know, it's mine. it has past down from generation to generation :P

just an fyi it is a very long spoiler. that picture was taken with the adjusta-struts at the top and there was only 1-1.5" of ground clearance.

Yep, I didnt wanna use your pic without giving you credit, I have some mocked-up pics somewhere, but your super was the only one I could find on my computer,

I had a couple of molds I made to make some initial prototypes, they were a bit heavy. So no fiberglass copies will be made. I'm trying to get a friend to help me out with making them out of ABS, like this one. Once we get that going and reliable, we'll see about making them affordable, hopefully around $200-250 each. Maybe in batches of 15-20 at a time.

This is mere speculation, I'll post updates as they come.

No updates as of yet, I had everything lined up to start with the ABS vac forming, then my wife needed some help with her medical practice. She makes the big money, I'm just a stay at home dad doing hobby-work.

We're on hold til further notice for this spoiler, but, I'll have updates, so be patient and check back with me.

Thanks.

Question, since the spoiler is long (very close ground clearence) can it be shortened? I just hate to drive behind people that have very low parts, every bump they slow way down. Also if this is true, it may rube on drive way entrances? Please consider.

Dont you hate it when folks quote themselves from other forums?
This is from a thread/post on STF, I knew I measured it at one time or another.

It's important to note that I believe the width is for stock ACVW super or standard. I'm unsure of the fitment for widened fenders. I'll have to measure the Ronal's width again to be sure, as I cant find my notes on it. The hardware notes I made were with that also. I was hoping to include the mounting hardware with the spoiler. AARRGGHH. Missing notes suck.

To answer your question, I was planning on an exact repro, mods to be attempted at the purchaser's whims. Keeps things simple on my end.
