Best DVD Or Books?.. Type IV Design..

Hey Dubluverz..

I was thinkin of selling my 65 Bug & starting a new project..
Insted I think I will keep my 65 & Save for "The One"
But Would Like to goahead & get a Type IV motor Project going...

But I dont know the first thing about how to design or select the parts to start.. Block, heads, cam ect ect..
I know what I want from the motor but do not know what or how to design it to get what im lookin for..

Goal for my Bug..
Road Race,Long Drives ( AZ-CA , AZ-IL ect)
I love to rev high & keep on the power..
Most of my Drive'n Spots >>Roads<<

So what are the Best Books,DVD's Web pages...
Would like to get a motor & Start the Type IV Design..

Then I can save-up for a super clean car to Cage My Beast..
Help would be great
Thanks Much Troy

Joe Cali's book is essential. You can find it on aircooled.net or next-generation.com (I think. Just punch Joe Cali into google).

Next would be Raby's Bug-Me video.

That'll get you started.

Yes, those will help you design everything. Also check the following oft quoted websites:

http://www.tunacan.net/t4/

That should be more than enough to get going.
