what type and model of clutch kit for a T4 on a swingaxe??

hello guy's,

I'm just finishing a light 1971cc 914 engine that I'm going to install on my late 66 model.. but what type of pressure plate do you need to fitt on an old 66 swingaxe gearbox..?can you keep the original bearing of the 66 model.?? or is there a special kit for that..?
