Oil on head stud

I just found that the bottom head stud (the one near to the exhaust) of no. 4 cylinder is full of oil. It is a T-1 engine. Any idea where the oil will possibly come from, the head or the crankcase? Would it be really bad to engine? No oil is seen on the cylinder and the pushrod tubes though.

Thanks
Tim

Likely the head, try some gasket seal (not RTV) between the washer and head, a little on the bottom of the nut and retorque(with locktight).
