Thumbs up My G'Looker

Hello,

ive posted one or questions since been registered but never really got round to showing my ride and chatting a little more, so here we go

My names Mickie/Michael over inthe UK Just North of London

My Germanlooker Spec's

*1966 Chassis, striped back and painted in 2k black
*1969 Shell, with remmelle air scoops, stock metal front wings and 2"oversize at the back.
*Early 944 trailing arms
*911 3.2 front discs with 944 s2 4pot brembo caliper
*944 86 only rear discs with 4pot brembos

The Plan is to finish by June 06, coz in July i hope to be driving down the west side of france in her.

The Bodywork is the main issue at the mo. Stripping it all back this coming weeks and hope to have her primered in 4 weeks. she needs one or patches other than the shell is SOLID. orginal heater channels solid as a rock

The Chassis is there, just needs to be bolt all the bits on!!!

Sorry pics are abit poor quality will get some beta ones

Picked up the shell today, Nice fit in the van!!!!

Theres a few of us about, I tend to only do the local shows but do use the car fairly often (weather permitting)...

Good luck with the project.

bit more done.

Rear sections now in, just need grinding down

Instead of patching the front arch, im replacing the whole quarter for a better job/finish,

Paint slowly coming off, will fit the remmelle scoops soon
