the pauter rods are heavy 645g, but very solid, and I dont need a extreme engine and very hight rpm, I just want a realable engine, like the previous one, it was 8 years in the car without opening it and breaking anything in the longblock and engin is still running in a road beetle since... the pauter rods I took are vw 914# 5'4" 50/22mm pin and they are not too expensive when you get them directly hand too hand at pauter machine's shop david

not a cup car but built to go hill climbing.
2ltr typ4 striped intriour roll cage etc 944 brakes and suspension all normal 03 mods realy but have spent a lot of time on set up, have a few more things to try next year but it all works pretty well now. cheers rob
