Chassis builder in the GTA

I traded my dune buggy clone body for an origianal meyers manxs convair body. It is a fiberglass dunebuggy body built for a custom chassis and corvair components. I am now looking to have someone shorten a chassis and make a tube frame to support the body.

Does anybody know of someone in the area who would shorten the frame and build a tube frame?

Thanks guys,
Jamie

Jamie,

You got an original Meyers Manx body ?? Damn !

That is sweet... got any pics ?

Anyway, can't help you with the chassis builder. Any decent welding shop should be able to shorten the chassis though...
BTW, Johns Bugshop sells ready to go tube chassis.... Not sure if they would fit though.

I've discovered that there is an enormous amount of patchwork done on my beetle shell, and toyed with the idea of slapping a buggy body on it....

Rob.

My friend Francios is a fabricator. Trailers, custom chassis, roll cages etc. The sexiest welding you've ever seen.
