Need help reading French: Germanlook.org article

Came across this website, its a germanlook site supported by your french comrades.

They have a nifty article regarding using bearings and zerk fittings on the idler arm for a superbeetle 1302.

I tried bable fish but still was not able to figure a few things out..

Any takers? May have to register and log in.

They have a lot of cool info, but since I only know spanish and english, its hard to make sense at times.
