ProEngineer and Ansys. Both more for double checking really as I am not going to extremes to save the odd gram in weight.
Geometry was the best I could get with the limitations of using a stock bug pan, I just did lots of research for the numbers!

Forgot to say: I made the suspension 10mm narrower per side to give a bit more room for big rims!
