Congrats dude. I'm still considering stepping up to the pump on a Tangerine Racing header myself, but I haven't got the scratch for it now.
HOA's pissing you off? Move your couch, your TV, and a beer cooler out to your front lawn and enjoy a favorite televised sporting event in outdoor bliss.  Tell your neighbors your just having a "garden party".I helped a friend do that once. It was a riot!
