Now just need to get some brake pads, install the pad retainer springs, and get the fenders and bumpers painted and this bug is on the road. :agree:

Very nice set-up you got there. :agree:

I keep telling myself that all I need is some single pot 944 calipers but it's so hard to resist the big reds...

The third picture is a little deceiving. I fitted the pads and the rotor is about 1mm above the top of the pads, so I have full pad contact.

Very nice setup. I am envious that yours is built and mine isn't.

I have a few questions for you that will help me get mine done:

1. How did you go about getting VDubCustons to make those caliper brackets?
2. I have access to alot of CAD programs, which format do they use when drawings are required?
3. How much did they cost to have made?

Just send them an e-mail. I had them make my front brake kit for my beetle. It's the 944-S kit featured on their website. Check out thier website and contact them from their. www.vdubcustoms.com
