I've looked at it and it seems there is a stop limiting the travel of the pedal.

Alan, I know what you mean....I've been thinking along the same ways, but I'd figured I try the easy way first

I might be able to make the next meeting, I've been really busy with work, that's why I haven't been to the meets... Would love you see the bug though.
