I'm not sure if they will fit but why not just strip the original VW ones and paint them.

Hi

I fitted the whole headlight to my bug. They fit OK, they do use a different style of lower mounting bolt.

I have early fenders on my '70, and the porsche lenses are a bolt on. No modifications neccesary.
