To break 300 it would really depend on the engine. You can turbo a 1600 engine and not achieve those numbers. What are you looking to install it on?
With that said, I've done some research on this issue, and it seems a great setup for some application. Poke around on Shoptalkforums' Forced induction forum or on Cal-look.com. Those guys can better answer your question. Sorry for the minimum info response, but I hate to see a question unanswered.
