I think I like it too.

Yeah...I just took another picture from Luft Boxer and photo shopped it. I'm not crazy about where they put the
exhaust either. I'm going with a dual tip exhaust that comes put the stock humps in the apron.
What can I doo to the stock Apron to make it look like that?
I mean metallic and with lots of tiny holes?
I know how to drill holes, but how do I keep it at least mildly functional? Do I just chrome it? Do I need to "make"
a piece? Can I just sand alll the paint off and clear coat it?\
Nee answers.
Here's the original pic so you can see how I changed it.

Funny how opinions can differ

I actually like the exhaust coming through the fender

The Apron looks cool, but I think there are too many holes in it, it looks
a bit 'disorganized'...

Just my 2 cts...

Rob.

uh huh...

But how do you use a "bare metal" component?
Or at least get it to look like bare metal or even chrome?

you cant unless you want it to rust, or you can have it clear powder coated. If chrome is the ticket, than chrome it.

Holy Rear Apron Batman!

Chrome the bezels and leave the rear apron boby color. I like the oval slit idea also.

Even better give the bezels a brushed aluminum look.

if you want to have the hole smooth and countersunk then you can use a tool like this. It will do upto a 1" diamter hole they make bigger ones.
