:agree: Excellent plan. Perfect base for a GL. Exactly the base I'll look for when my 1302 is done. (One curious sidebar which in the grand scheme of things means absolutely nothing: Some previous owner swapped out the wheels which come on a La Grande for some basic Beetle wheels and hub caps.) Anyway, great find! :agree:

I know, He told me he did and I think he still has them too.
Im gonna try to get them off of him so that I can sell them to someone trying to build a Le Grande Bug....
