That's good to read ... well, not for you about your experience with BugPack
sorry ... but for me. After a difficult weekend, it was nice to see some good news. I may have palatable options yet. (I realize difficult weekends are probably old hat to the veterans of customizing out there, but it was/is uncharted territory for me. )

Another footnote: These guys used to be "Innovations in Fiberglass."

I have heard that they had poor quality parts, and couldn't honor warranty promises, which is why they have changed their name???
This is just what i have been told, If some have had good experience with them I see no harm. They are always at the shows here in the southwest, and they seem to be well represented. |

Whatever you can get from CCC, just get it, they are the best parts you can get. They quality of the surface is suberb, and under the fenders they are even amazing.

I'm trying to find a solution where I can tuck the wheels I want under stock fenders. (There may be a solution.) Plan B would be wider fenders. CCC's only option is too much unless I went spacer crazy. Perhaps, G-A did more than just a name change. I didn't see anything negative until I mentioned they used to be IiF. On the other hand, I don't want to shell out $500 in wings plus paint, etc. if the quality isn't there. Too bad CCC doesn't have G-A's selection. I'm certainly open to more opinions ... and more options would be even nicer. |

The reason I went with the 2" wider fenders is that they "just" clear the wheels I'm running ... 1.5" was not enough and 3.5" looks silly. With a stock front bumper on the rear, the rear end does not look wide at all.
People ask me how I fit the 11" wide (actual width, bead to bead) rear wheels under stock fenders .... They are amazed when I tell them its acutally a 2" wider fender ... looks like I accomplished what I set out to do. You can get great quality fenders and pay little for prepping or you can get crappy fenders and pay more for prepping ... for me, I had a limit on what I wanted to spend for fenders and paint. I could have saved a few bucks in labor by buying better fenders but, in the end, the cost will end up being the same. Sandeep |

I have ordered fenders from CCC, Kerscher and CSP.
1st place : CCC, followed closely by Kerscher and not too far away, CSP.
