thanks for the link. i remembered that site from awhile back but could not find it since i forgot the name of it. after reading it for awhile i think i will just stick with good ol VW power to keep from cutting my car up. although a nice heater would be a perk of water cooled power.

Maybe Boygenius will chime in. He was looking at that swap for a while. Think he even had the adapters and such.
The engine will go in with few problems, but I don't think an electric fan will cool it. But that isn't based on any data I've collected. You might also check out http://www.shoptalkforums.com/viewforum.php?f=19 . There's alot of good info there as well. It's also a more active forum.

too much work for 120hp imho. if it was a turbo or 13b thats another story.
