Another thought is if your using a strut brace you wont have enough thread (going by your second picture)... Need at least 2 full threads exposed for strength. I could measure thickness of my strut brace plates if you need.
Cheers, Sam C

Anothe brilliant idea.. thanks.. If you have some pics of the Kersher top mounts that would be helpful.. as well as the threads..
So far, things that we need to be conserned with: 1) Compatibility between Kersher, Maxx and Stock struts. 2) Compatibility between early and late model SB. 3) Long enough threads for strut bar. So far member showing interest.. 1 Alex aka Loaf 2 SamCat 3 RandyJ 4 Silver Bullet 5 Libila Thanks and keep them coming.. As mentioned before, this isn't something that will be built overnight.. specially if we want it done right.. I am saving my pennies.. not an inexpensive item so I too am faced with facing the wife, and a new born.. but if we can make it happen I think we all will be happy.. Alex

I saw Racecomp's camber plates on an STi right after they finished them (on Nasioc), and all I can say is "wow."
I too would be interested in front camber plates. |

Libila,
Glad you have seen Myles' work.. I was very impressed with the design, and was going to get them for my Rex.. but figured the GL could use something like this more.. You were on Nabisco.. hmm.. you have a scooby too? Alex

Yes, they look very nice.
Yes, I do have a scooby Here is a pic, but not a very good one. I too was thinking of getting a set for my RS but I decided that I don't want to get too far into this car. My project/fun car is my 71 Super and my daily driver is my RS. It's hard not to spend money on that car though! |
