Hi, its 0700.250.0400 and 85mm OD. I would say they are too light but with the shock wound up she is stiff so will run the car and see from here. should be able to work out the ideal rate once on the road/track. I will let you know what I end up with. I think would be bad to have a stiff spring that overpowers the shock. These Ebach springs are fairly cheap and easy to replace.
