My H4's are "uneven". One's brighter than the other? How do I fix?

First off, check voltage to the bulbs. If you have more voltage going to one or the other, check the grounds first off, or ground them to the same point on the car. If the voltage is the same then try switching the bulbs to different sides and see if the bulb is just not as bright as the other. Check pointing also..it might be one just looks brighter because of where its pointing.
