There is a couple more pics on my old website.(see below)
Yes its correct that the high pressure hydraulic hoses run trough the heater chanels. had to remove the innside of the chanel to do this.
I chose to use expensive hyd hoses due to the possibility of making sharp bends without kinking the hose. also they will not make condense.(ore break)
corrosion is not going to be a problem anyway with good inhibition with dinitrol products (aircraft stuff)
There is going to be 2 airlocks that may cause problems, but bleedvalves on top of them is going to solve this i hope. (The toyota mr2 sports car have 3 airlocks and it works fine with bleeds)
I am also going to use 2 expansion tanks. one in the front and the original subaru in the back.
Have not filled the system with water yet so i dont know if it will work.

@lurve, that's called a uniball setup. Remmele in Germany makes a kit and some other shops as well but pretty expensive.

Yep thats right. remmelle makes them but since they are such a unserious company that they didnt answer my requests by email, i just made them myself....
Im going to publish detailed cnc machining drawings so everybody can make them.because i think the prise they are charging is insane!!
