If you can find one that is ready made and make it work it will be MUCH cheaper than having it custom made. The owner of HX wanted this one to fit like stock and hold 16 gal. The Kevlar bladder and foam adds to the price tag as well.

Yeah, the kevlar is a must if one goes this route -- especially in a Beetle/Super IMO. Since ATL does custom work as well, I may see about the "well cell" with kevlar when the time approaches. Their site shows a crumpled fuel cell with kevlar. Convincing enough for me.
