It's not quite finished-still waiting on seats to be finished and fit up all the fuel injection stuff.Should only be a couple of months away.I have driven it down a lane here-it's very quick.

Any idea whether its aerodynamically more efficient than the standard fenders? Or will it hold more air under the fenders which is not desirable unless grooves are cut for air eacape?

I doubt they are more aerodynamic... look at how Porsche gets around the problem, and the other car manufacturers... the have a cover that fits in the fendor which stops air going into the big spaces that the bug fenders have.

For me, I love the look.
