Its almost in !

Hopefully by Sunday evening, this engine will be installed ... just have the valvetrain geometry to do and then install the cooling system and reconnect the electronics.

Almost there .....

I'll be at the June meet with the bug ... guaranteed.

Thanks.

Specs are :

2.0 T4 with RAT custom cam, HAM 42x38 turbo heads, ceramic lifters, dry sump, MS injection with 599cc/min injectors, PWR air to water, 911 cooling, datalogger, and a VF39 turbo from a 2005 STI.

The parts for the 2.4L are sitting on the work bench, just waiting for the custom JE's and LN Engineering 98mm V2 Nickies to finish testing. I hope to start assembling this motor by the end of this year.

Lets get those aircooled's out of the garage and onto the streets !

Got the motor in and will start wiring it up tonight.

Does anybody have any rocker arm base shims that fit between the head and rocker shaft assembly ? I'm thinking T1/T4 are the same except I need 8 for the T4 as the T1 only has 4. Rocker geometry is a bit off and I want to do the best I can.

Its a little too late to order some now ... I want to fire this engine up on the weekend

Thanks

Sandeep
