What I wrote applies to a Super and from his signature and asking about struts I gathered that is the application.
The fitments I have dealt with (with 17") is 7" ET55 and 7.5" ET52 (same back spacing) with 944 brakes, or Type I discs with spacers. Forgot to mention the spacers sorry.
Yes I agree ET60 is probably too much so let me change that to no more than ET55.
The big question is (for TitoRay) do you know the offset? Look for a "ET" stamp on the back of the wheel.
