I smell a group project!

I can help with fab/machining. I maay be able to source out a tranny for dirt cheap. I know Lanner has a bitchin' monster tach that didn't sell at the swap, maybe he needs a place to store it!

I have a bellhousing with some dirty wiring on it (household light switch etc..), but it does the trick. Pete, holla if you want to borrow it, it's got a starter and a superbeetle front turn signal housing for the oil idiot light. Add battery and you're good to go. Yup, ghetto fabulous!

I've flirted with the idea of building an engine stand many-a-time, but I can't justify the effort a couple motors a year. Plus, it's more to store, which is a BIG problem for me

A group build would be cool. Francois would be the man to bend some fancy tube, he loves doing that kind of thing!

That's awesome, i gotta see this! You around this Sunday? I'll be up at Nelson's helping Andrew get his ragtop back together. Could i pick it up? Where is it?

Do you mind if i start mod'ing it? I'll have it in mind to keep it compact.

thanks,
Pete
