1303 steet legal race car in NZ

Fantastic engineering - I am currently building a 1303 road beetle and have been looking for an ice silver blue colour just like this - could you please tell me the colour name, code details etc ?

Hi there. I would if I could, unsure.... actualy the colour was a special mix done by me mate....bit if this and a bit of that. I could as him if you wish it looks like chrome in the sun quite amasing. Brent
