Done some more stuff, sorry but I have no pics with me now...
Tried Bilsteins and put wheel bearings. ![]() Made some parts so I can use Type 1 cooling on Type 4 engine. All is Alu CNC machined, middle part of the alternator pulley is stainless steel, and pulley is aluminum. This is how set looks like ![]() ![]() ...and the pulley...

Nice machine work. One thing I noticed though...you need to broach the fan pulley hub for the woodruff key on the ALT shaft.

I would hate to see that nice hub "friction weld" itself to the ALT shaft. Or, not let the cooling fan spin fast enough to cool the motor.
