another gauges issue...

i know there is a lot of good sensors, but the "buying overseas" or any other import goods outside egypt will be too hard to get and too expensive too to get here ,,,
my only option is to get this from here,,,, we have the "auto gauge" a/f gauges here so i'm gonna stick with this brand(i got one and it's install maunal just show the ecu installing procedure and offcourse my car is not ECUed),,, now the sensor issue, is the stock type sensor in many efi cars will work or it needs an ecu or somthing to mesure correctly,,,or just install it in the headers and attach in to the gauge, and what is the wires need in this sensor????
what to do, help
