Just curious about this one, but would both a CSP torque bar and Berg style gearbox mid mount both fit together?
![]() The VW is a UK spec 1971 beam- equipped bug, with swing axle rear suspension. ![]() If they can be fitted together, what modifications would be needed (if any) to the parts and the rear frame horns? And is it worth fitting them both, or just the mid mount alone? Thankyou all in advance for you help. ![]() |

Should work just fine, i personaly don't have the berg bar, but a friends does and it works great. I cant see any resson why they would not work together. it seams to me they would complement each other well. As far as mounting, the berg bar is no where close to the CSP torq bar.

If my memory serves Jake runs both in the plague... Seem to remember seeing it in one of his DVD's.
Cannot see any reason why they wouldnt work together! Cheers, Sam C

Hello,
I installed both without any problem (the CSP is in a 5-bar format). No interference between them. Shouldn't be any problems JIMP |
