i just bought the race strength CB Performance for my Ghia. supposedly doesn't add track width and uses the press-ins. you really want to go press-ins if at all possible. pricey kit, but CB always has some of the best quality out there. i figured stopping was important enough to spend the few extra bucks.

Have you put them on yet? It doesn't sound like you have, but I'd like to find out how well they go together.

You might want to check out these guys too
http://www.vdubcustoms.com/
They have a few different options for ya.
I plan on using the 944 discs on the 58' panel but they are a pretty easy bolt-on with those because they use the same bearings.

Bullyboy, Not a bad Idea, I hear they have some quality work.

I forgot to mention, I'm looking to spend less than $1000. On 4 wheel disk, if Possible!

I think with a cheap 944 single pot setup and the machine work you would come out at the same price or a little cheaper, probably cheaper, than most "good" kits....Just my 2 JR

I started to price the early 944 set up I have, but I hit a major bump when I found that the rear disk push the wheels out too much. So either I buy narrowed trailing arms, or differant wheels. and I can't afford either. The third option is narrowing my own trailing arms myself, it's not the work that scares me, it's the fact that I don't want to build something that I'll be driving on. I don't trust my welding skills enough yet. I would use the early set I have but I can't for the above reasons. I would like to use the early 944 set cause they are bigger, vented disk, and I like the e-brake set up on the 944 set better.

Am I correct in thinking the early 944 has bigger disk?
