That's is correct

I have both fenders from CCC and Glass action and by far CCC is better. Glass action holes or dimples are not where they supposed to be, thus a wrongly drilled hole. The light bucket not seal properly, and just all around lesser quailty.

Well, CCC is disqualified on this GL project due to wrong and incongruent size offerings.

Glass-Action has received about a 50-50 response here and elsewhere. That makes it the second choice of my two Plan Bs.

Thanks to all who responded.

With all that has happened -- holiday, being out of town, being dependent on the schedule of others, poor weather, etc. -- I haven't driven my car in two weeks. Since it's not home with me, I can't even glance at it while on the crapper.

This is one thread I started here and at three other forums. I typically pick what I think will be the best forum for whatever I intend to ask. Since I thought I was in a rush mode, I wanted as many answers and as soon as possible.

I didn't realize I was going to be in a hurry up and wait mode.

Anyway, the current tally for G-A including CLKWRK is 10-8 in favor of "for" G-A. Interestingly, one of the ten "for" and five of the eight "against" are hearsay -- making the tally 9-3 in favor of "for" from those who have had first-hand experience with them. This includes reports under their previous name and current name.

Don't get me wrong. I am not totally discounting the hearsay reports, and I am not discounting the "3" compared to the "9." (I seldom bid on anything at eBay if a seller has a 75% rating for example.)

I guess what I am saying is this co-Plan B is now demoted to Plan C. Demoted but not out of consideration. As I said, I'm anxious to get to the bottom of what exactly my choices are and what's involved in pulling them off.

, probably not. I tend to make things complicated. Sometimes the hardest thing for me to do is nothing.

I only want to know why the chumps that make those Ghia parts can't make them out of carbon fiber! G-A told me that the workers they use aren't intelligent enough to do a run in carbon fiber for the bumpers and dash I want.

What's a Ghia-guy to do?
