Very nice, Walter. The GSR and its American cousin, the Sports Bug, is a favorite at SBO!. They will enjoy the link.

Oh, and I like the other pic, too.

That red/burgundy bug is insane. I think those are Moton shocks all around, an option that probably costs about as much as a stock bug!

You are more right than you think. The whole car is detailed to perfection. I cannot descibe it any other way. It has a very fast 2,9 ltr type 4 out back...

@ Jonas: It was my first ever official 1/4 mile and I managed 16,0 sheer weight, the very mild Web 86, the 11,4 A/F ratio at full throttle and street tires were not helping, but the fun was nonetheless

I did drove 36,8 MPG on the way back home hehe. (with a thursty 12,4 AFR)

i think the most odd thing is the blue second gen camaro. all i could hear in my head was that song from sesame street "one of these things are not like the other, some of these things are kinda the same"

Yes! Great pics! Thanks for sharing!

Soooo many questions about that burgundy/candy apple bug... but mostly, on the front susp pics, is that some sort of adjustable caster setup?? I'm looking at the pic that shows the rear side of the front susp and there is an adjustable rod tied to the beam and running rearward to the pan. Why would you need to dial in the caster often enough to have an elaborate setup like this?

Thanks for edumacatin' the dummy.

Jeff-
Is it possible that what you were looking at was an over-engineered beam brace? They've also got simple clamp on formed tubing versions. EDIT- Uh yeah, that's what it is. It's supposed to keep the beam more rigid. They have MUCH simpler and lighter versions available, but no where NEAR the wow factor.
