Hey thanks, compared to some of the Killer rides on this site mine is not much.

69 bug
3 inch narrowed adjustable beem

Kafer cup brace w/clevis's (built by me to clear heater boxes)
25mm torsion bars rear
17 X 7" rims

1915cc motor
duel 44 webers - match ported intakes
CSP Belcrank linkage
043 heads - ported, polished
8.5:1 compression
1.25 rockers
windage tray and tubes
1-1/2 qt slimline sump
balanced
counterweighted 8 dowel crank
Oberg oil filter and aux oil cooler with fan mounted in the package tray with cold air box that takes cool air from the wheel wheels and dumps it out uner the body above the trans.
Recessed aluminum firewall with large Breather box I built
etc. etc. etc.

Oh yea, and a 1-5/8 sidewinder - I love it!

Yeah, I'm not really sure that your a GL wannabe, I think you've squarely crossed over to GERMANLOOK!!! Looks very clean, and the thinking is very GL if you ask me. The P-car centercaps kind of finish off the GL look nicely I'd say. Very nice.

Thanks for all the great comments. I will keep working on it.

I really love the car. I would like to get a type 4 screamer and a five speed someday.

But until then I am going to enjoy the heck out of it.

Sweet ride. Look's GL to me. I really like the plumbing in the engine bay. Nice breather box too...I can see a hint of some "engine turning" on the face of it...those scotchbrite disc's work great!

Absolutely love the car! Great stance indeed! Very clean and has that certain quality/tech 'look'.(just the mirrors, i dunno )

Way to go Idaho! Love the custom plates I used to live in boise a few years ago and never saw you at the meets. I'll be up there later this month and I'd love to see it in person

Idler pulley

Hi, just want to give you a heads up on the CB Performance pulley setup. That idle pulley is plastic, and has in some occations come off the bearing.

CB Idler Pully

Hey, Thanks for the heads up!
I will check it out. Do you have any Idea what I could replace it with?

I suppose a BMD pully system.

Idler pulley

I had my machinst make mine out of metal and with a snap ring. Maybe you can have one made, not that much to it?
